BURTON F. WILKINS, GRI born and raised in Moorestown, New Jersey, Burt graduated from Moorestown High School in 1972 and graduated Fordham University Business College, in the Class of 1976. He joined Intercontinental Hotels in New York City following graduation. In 1978 Burt was named General Manager of the Port-o-Call Hotel in Ocean City and moved to Ocean City as a year round resident. Burt left hotel management in 1988 after obtaining his real estate sales associate license and joined a large Ocean City firm as Vice President and Owner. He received his GRI designation and Brokers License in 1990. In 1998 Burt opened Goldcoast Realty. Burt served as president of the Ocean City Board of Realtors in 1997, was named Realtor of the Year in 1999, and continues to be one of Ocean City's top producers, with Circle of Excellence Awards from 1989 to the present with recent annual sales between 20 and 50 million dollars. Burt served as president of the Ocean City Upper Township Rotary Club in 2006-07. Burt resides in his bayfront home with his wife Susan and has two children Emily and Burton III. His outside interests include snow skiing, snowmobiling, boating, and golf.
