Tonya has returned to the Prudential Family after a nine year hiatus. She was most recently the Broker/Owner of Rocky Mesa Realty, Inc. in Farmington, NM. Tonya uses her experience and tenacity to help you achieve your home ownership objectives. She entered the real estate profession in 1994 with Prudential Locations after retiring from the U.S. Air Force and quickly became a top sales and listing agent. She obtained her broker's license in 2001 and achieved Masters Status and Emerald Award Status in 2003 with CENTURY 21 Realty Specialists. Having moved to New Mexico in late-2003, Tonya established Rocky Mesa Realty, Inc. in the first half of 2005. She is dedicated to enhancing her skill and professional knowledge base through continuing education. She currently holds ABR, e-PRO, GRI, SRES and CRS designations and is working toward CIPS. In her spare time, Tonya enjoys volunteering with the Valencia County Animal Shelter, will soon become involved with the Albuquerque Chapter of the Military Officers Association, and serves on the Board for New Mexico Certified Residential Specialists (CRS).
