A native of Williamson County, Ginger is a 1992 graduate of Battle Ground Academy in Franklin, TN. She spent her collegiate years on the plains of Auburn, AL at Auburn University graduating with a Bachelor's in Education. Ginger is a former Williamson County Elementary School Teacher who decided her heart was in Real Estate. She is a second generation Realtor, learning from her father as a child. Bobby Garland was a very successful Real Estate Broker in the late 1980's. He passed away in 1991, and her mother Wanda Garland Bradley, also a Crye-Leike Realtor, took over his business and paved the way for Ginger to carry on the family tradition specilalizing in Residential Real Estate working with both local and relocating individuals buying and selling homes. Ginger is a Real Estate Professional who loves her job!!! She is eager to please, self-motivated, and dedicated to her clients. To her, Real Estate is not just "selling houses."
